
Máximo (Coimbra, 2003) began his career at the Nacional Conservatory in Lisboa at the age of seven, where he completed his secondary education in Piano and Composition. He recently graduated from Codarts Rotterdam, in the Netherlands, in Jazz Composition.

After a very successeful first album entitled 'MÁXIMO - Greatest Hits' praised by the portuguese press, the composer and pianist released 'PANGEA', a metaphor for the need for a unified and indeed collective society, free fromindividual eco-anxietyin the fight against the climate crisis.

In recent years, his portfolio has grown: soundtracks for movies, an official theme for Modalisboa and a performance in a fashion show, concerts in art galleries (national and international), performances that bring together contemporary dance and poetry (‘Obscuro Domínio’, RTP2). In the meantime, he also released ‘Residência’, an incursion into trap and electronica with baroque ornaments and absolutely destroyed voices, recorded in 6 days in collaboration with Plástico, and a few months later released ‘PANGEA’, an album whose last track (of the same name) was made the official song of the Portuguese Pavilion at EXPO 2025 Osaka, where he will also be performing.

▪ Releases "PANGEA", an album that " was composed over the course of a year, aims to translate the annual cycle into a musical journey, capturing in an impressionistic manner the contrasts and moods of each season"

▪ Releases "MALHA", which was the soundtrack of the Lisboa Fashion Week - Singular edtition, followed by a special concert during the same event
